Mui Ne Mui Ne...Phan Thiet
Phew...Its sure good to get a load off your feet with the major reports and proposals done...Year's coming to a close and its Christmas Eve tomorrow....But for me, I won't be celebrating Christmas as I got to WORK! Sometimes, these are the sacrifices we need to make in being part of this multi - faceted and dynamic industry set to employ 240 million people by 2008. This industry called --- Hospitality & Tourism. The name says it all, people come on tour, generate tourism revenue and we give up our holidays to shower on them our love and local hospitality. Aww...how sweet...but to put all that aside, I shall update you all with some photos of my trip with the F & B department to Mui Ne beach at Phan Thiet city.READY?
Here goes...
The staff looking happy and all set to go. *By the way, we left the resort at 10pm that night.
One of our staff...Esther who was saboed to sing and dance
"By the blazing council firelight...we have met in comradeship tonight." Our mini campfire that lighted up the beach as we arrived at 2am in the morning.
A hearty meal of sweet potato and soft shell crab
Dawn breaks as the lazy ocean hugs the shore
"The Good, The Bad and The Crazy"
The Sand Dunes
For we are one BIG family...
"Sleigh ride" down the sand mountain...I'm dreaming of a yellow Christmas...just like the ones I use to know...where the sand is yellow and adults laughing to see...sleigh rides in the sand...
Nice one...
The staff enjoying themself
Forfeit...forfeit...
Well, overall I think everyone enjoyed themselves though we hardly slept an inch as we were discoing on the bus and saboing each other to do stupid things. I didn't really participate in the games though as I was so tired I plonked myself down in a beach chair and made the journey to dreamland....
Anyhows, apologies for the long break from updating.
